The PSLF Program allows you to receive forgiveness of the remaining balance of your Direct Loans after you have made the equivalent of 120 qualifying monthly payments under an accepted repayment plan while working full-time for an eligible employer.

Federal Family Education Loan (FFEL) Program loans and Perkins Loans do not qualify for PSLF. However, they may become eligible if you consolidate them into a Direct Consolidation Loan. To learn more about consolidation visit studentaid.gov/loan-consolidation.
